How does the recipient receive the gift?
After payment is confirmed, we email a gift code and your message to the recipient. You receive a purchase confirmation too.
How do they use it?
They present the code to our team at Sur38 in Sayulita. The gift is valid for one visit. If the bill exceeds the gift’s value, the difference is paid separately.
When does it expire?
Six months after payment is confirmed. The exact expiry date appears on the gift. Any unused value is not retained after the visit.
Can I send it to myself?
Yes. Use your own email as the recipient’s email, then share or print the gift when you are ready.
